Year 8 Baltic Visit
Year 8 visited the Baltic Art Gallery for a tour of Hew Locke’s latest exhibition ‘The Procession’.
Whilst on the visit the students received a talk about the artist, the history of the Baltic and the all-famous Tyne Kittiwakes.
It was a memorable experience and allowed our students to learn outside of the classroom whilst also offering an opportunity to incorporate lots of learning from subjects like; Art, History and Geography.
