How to Apply

Internal Applicants

If you are currently studying at Cardinal Hume you will already be part of the Sixth Form Induction process that will take place during school assemblies, tutor time and IAG. You will complete an Application Form and receive a one-to-one interview as part of this process.

External Applicants

To apply for a place in our Sixth Form please complete and submit the following form.
