As part of their Extended Project Qualification, a number of Year 13 students presented their work to Sixth Form students and teachers on Friday 10th February. From exploring the effects of whale captivity to evaluating the ethical views on genetic engineering, the students engaged their audiences with thought-provoking information and they were able to answer any questions in real depth, showing excellent specialist knowledge. Each presentation was supported by thorough research into the chosen topic and every delivery was extremely well delivered. The presentations were in addition to the vast amount of the work the students have already produced in order for them to achieve the AS qualification. All of our students who presented on the day should be extremely proud of their work and we hope that they are rewarded with the results that they will receive in the summer.
