Engineering Success: EDT Industrial Cadets Gold Award
Y12 A level Design & Technology students have recently completed the Industrial Cadets Gold Award, a prestigious STEM award ran by the Engineering Development Trust (EDT). The students worked in conjunction with TechnipFMC who produce control umbilical’s for the offshore and subsea oil and gas sector. The students successfully passed the award and impressed the assessors with their innovative method of joining underwater hydraulic tubing.
