Dear Parent/ Guardian
Due to the current government restrictions Beamish Hall have informed us that they are canceling all large outdoor events other than weddings until the 19th July at the earliest. This, unfortunately, means that we have been forced to cancel this years prom. We are extremely disappointed about the change in circumstances but please be assured that every effort was made to provide the students with the celebration they deserve.
A full refund will be given for all prom payments made to school. If the payment was made via ParentPay this will be returned via that platform. If the payment was made as cash can you please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide student name, parent/guardian name, account number and sort code for the refund to be completed.
Apologies for this bad news at the end of what has been a very difficult time for year 11.
